Why use PHPLB Script for your bidding directory

PHP Link Bid (PHPLB) script is a fun and easy to use script for bidding directories. It is a very simple script to install with minimum effort required.

    • We are currently using PHPLB on two of our directories (www.ukbiddingdirectory.com and www.ukbiddingdirectories.co.uk) and found this to be by all means, and as stated above with the installation, very easy to use and manage.

    Requirements for PHP Link Bid script are a PayPal account, PHP (version 4.2+ or PHP 5),  MySQL and Apache + mod_rewrite.

    Almost all hosting companies have these features already set-up. However, you should check with your hosting provider to ensure that this is available.

    The cost of using the script (licence required) is $29.95 or around 15 UK pounds.

    Although it states on the phplinkbid.com website that it takes minutes to install, this is only true if you already have a PHPLB website up and already running and can copy the files over to a new domain. If you are new to PHPLB then it will take  a while to create and name the folders in your web space before uploading the files.

    After this, it is just a matter of logging in to admin, making a few adjustments and then going live with your brand new bidding directory.
